Phoenix Metro Property Management

Serving single-family homes, townhomes, and investment properties across all of Maricopa County.

One of America's Fastest-Growing Rental Markets

The Phoenix Metropolitan Area is one of the fastest-growing rental markets in the United States. With a population that has surged year over year, Phoenix offers strong rental demand across all price points — from entry-level single-family homes in the West Valley to luxury properties in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

HOA-governed communities are widespread throughout Maricopa County, creating unique management requirements that demand local expertise. Arizona's landlord-tenant laws, seasonal maintenance needs, and a diverse mix of neighborhoods — from suburban master-planned communities in Surprise and Goodyear to urban infill areas in Tempe and Chandler — mean that effective property management requires deep knowledge of this market.

Rytell brings that local expertise to every property we manage across the Phoenix Metro — ensuring your investment performs at its highest potential in any market condition.

Long-term and mid-term management costs $159–$199 per month for homes up to 2,600 sq ft and $200–$244 for homes from 2,601 to 3,400 sq ft. Larger homes, luxury properties, and historic homes receive custom quotes. The fee depends on size and workload. Short-term management is 11% of guest revenue after platform fees. We quote it before you sign. See the full fee schedule and agreement terms.
We manage across the Phoenix Metro and greater Maricopa County, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Tempe, Peoria, and Surprise. If your property sits somewhere in the Valley we have not listed, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can service it well.
Yes. Phoenix has strong seasonal demand from winter visitors, spring training, and event travel, which makes short-term rental viable in many neighborhoods. We handle dynamic pricing, guest communication, and turnover cleaning. Note that short-term rules vary by city, so we review local requirements with you first.
It depends on price, condition, and season, but Phoenix generally rents fastest in the cooler months. We price against live comparable listings rather than guesswork, market the property immediately, and screen quickly so a good applicant is not lost to a slow process.
Credit history, income verification, employment confirmation, rental history with prior landlord contact, and a background check within the limits of Arizona and federal fair housing law. We apply the same written criteria to every applicant, which protects you legally and produces better tenants.
Yes. You set the approval threshold for maintenance spending, and anything above it comes to you before work begins. You get transparent monthly statements and can reach a real person rather than a ticket queue.
