- Payment information: rent and owner payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on this website.
- Automatically collected information: standard web log and analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We retain records as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements that apply to property management records in Arizona and Nevada, then delete or de-identify them.

- You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@rytellproperty.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
