Our Commitment

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, familial status, or disability — in advertising, application processing, tenant screening, leasing, maintenance, renewals, or any other housing service. Where Arizona, Nevada, or local ordinances protect additional classes, we honor those protections as well.

How This Shapes Our Process

• Advertising: our listings describe properties, not preferred tenants.
• Screening: every applicant is evaluated against the same written criteria, in the order applications are received.
• Reasonable accommodations and modifications: we work with applicants and tenants with disabilities to provide reasonable accommodations in rules, policies, and services, and to permit reasonable modifications to the premises, consistent with the law.
• Assistance animals: assistance animals are not pets. They are evaluated under fair housing rules, not pet policies, and are not subject to pet fees.
